Hell, it snowed again.
Gambling on clearing, I went to White Pine.
From the top of Red Baldy.
Wet sluffs on east facing Box Elder.
Spotted a deeper crown in the White Pine back bowl. Probably a week or so old.
Red Baldy was wind pack with ski penetration, only a few inches. Good stability.
Turned to corn meal mush on the run out.
There was a foot or so of fresh above about 9500', with skiable snow ending at 9k or so.
