Elevations, slope angles and aspects
7000-10500', angles over 35°, north and east facing aspects.
Snow conditions
2-4" at the trailhead increasing to 20" or so in upper elevations.
Skinning is possible above the waterfall. Skiing best above the upper meadow, marginal off trail lower.
Snow at upper elevations is supportable wind pack.
Careful turning advised to avoid obstacles.
Weather
Overcast skies, light wind from the south with moderate temperatures.

Evaluation
Good stability in the area traveled. No cracking, collapsing or sluffing observed.
Surprisingly, strong snow for the depth, with weakest layer near the surface.
